Fioralba Salce, 1824 Death, Tocco

Postby JOHN08 » 24 Nov 2015, 06:03

On the 21st of December 1824, in Tocco, district of Chieti, province of Abruzzo appeared Eustachio Salce, 33 ?, peasant farmer, living in Tocco, father of the deceased; also appeared Donato Salce, 70, water vendor, living in Tocco, ?? of
the deceased

They declared the on the 20th of December 1824, at 7 p.m. of Fioralba Salce, born in Tocco, lived in Tocco, daughter of Eustachio Salce.

Why does this death record have a official stamped notation on it, dated 25 Jan 1825, about this death? What am I missing?

The notation, written by the Civil State Officer, states that the book register was closed on 1-1-1825, and that it contains 55 pages and 110 records.

Just to add to what Livio has just said. Fioralba died in the home of her parents.

After Donato Salce, 70, water vendor living in Tocco, it says "vicino di casa della defunta) (ie close to the house of the deceased) so, neighbour of the deceased.
