The records state that her parents are "Cejare e Philippa Pelo", Pelo being Filippa's maiden name, and she was baptized on the twelfth of December in 1806.

I am reading that the year is 1807 and the names mentioned in the record are Cesare and Philippa (Filippa, I guess) Geloso. The deceased is Rosaria Geloso.

Rosaria Geloso was born to Cesare and Filippa on 12 Dec 1807 and baptized the same day. I see no mention of a death.

Whoops  Sorry, my mind was elsewhere. This is definitely a baptism record. I was thinking "deceased" because I've been looking for a death record for another child. Humble apologies and sorry for the confusion. Hopefully, she went on to live a long happy life. I'll go wake myself with some strong coffee after my next post - the death record.
Angela :)
