Help translating document in Birth record for VitoMichele Pinto-not sure what it is

This record was an insert in the Birth records of Angelomaria Pinto, and the previous page has a birth record for VitoMichele Pinto.

Is this a Marriage record?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

These appear to be birth records for Angelamaria and Vito Michele Pinto from Argentina...

Cover sheet - Birth #3
Year 1907
Province of Basilicata, Melfi District
Transcription of act of birth
Vito Michele Pinto [son] of Giuseppe Nicola

Birth record from Argentina
The copy dated 7 October 1901 in Buenos Aires
On 6 March 1900, appeared Giuseppe Nicola Pinto ... same information as in transcribed record in the Comune of Rapone.

THEN the same for Angelamaria Pinto -
Cover sheet - Birth #4
And record of birth.

Giuseppe Nicola Pinto presented these to the official in Rapone.
These births were then transcribed into the birth register in Rapone, and inserted at that location.

Were the two born on the same day? So, in 1907 he told Rapone that he had two kids in Argentina--and Giuseppe was born on March 6, 1900?

No, but they were registered in Rapone on the same day. Probably because the family ( or just Giuseppe) returned to Rapone, and wanted their births recorded there.

The date of the extracts from Republic of Argentina is 7 October 1901 (the cover sheet is dated 1907 in Rapone)
The date of the entry into the register of birth in Rapone was 5 July 1907.

Angelamaria Pinto was born on 12 April 1898, according to the transcription of the Argentine birth record.

FYI - the notation on Angelamaria's entry (in Rapone) indicates that she died on 9 December 1985
