If I am reading this right died Sept 14 1850 then it says something about vincenzo di Leone, and parents are Cesare & Philippa Ferranti looks like she was 40 years old?

So I am a bit confused, I have my Vincenzo Geluso married to Philippa Farranti, but now I have a Cesare married to a phillipa Farranti. could vincenzo and Cesare be the same person? or is it just coincidence that their wives have the same name?

This one does have both the spouse and the parents. Her husband was Vincenzo Di Leone. Her parents were the deceased Cesare Geluso and Filippa Ferranti. Your date and age are correct.

Probably there were 2 women named Filippa Ferranti, but maybe the same women was married to both Vincenzo and (his brother?) Cesare, having remarried after her first husband died.

Before making assumptions, we should know who this Vincenzo Geluso you are referring to is. Other than that, I agree with carubia
