I think this says Dec 28 1813 Maria Anna Salomone Father Franceso & Vita Salomone

It's 28 Jan 1813. The record says "28 ejusdem" (with the word ejudem abbreviated) but the record above it is also ejusdem, so you have to go to the previous page, where you can see 26 Jan for the last record. OTOH, the next record after Maria Anna is dated 31 Jan.

I'm not sure the mother is Vita. Vincenza, abbreviated to "Vina," is a possibility, but probably it's Vita.
