The bride's mother is the living Lucrezia Cannella. The word in front of her name means "living"; it is not the name Vincenza. The Italian form of her given name is Lucrezia. Giuseppe (Joseph) is already deceased, with the abbreviation "quond" for the word "quondam" misspelled as "cond."
You can find in some parts of Sicily the surname Quondam which was also sometimes written as Condam.
