Paccagnella Angelo - help with translation and mothers name

Postby pdchenderson13 » 04 Mar 2016, 23:35

Buona Sera,
I think I have just found the name of my great grandfather in Albignasego Padova. The writing is clear, but there are many names listed and I wonder if his mother is Teresa?

Also the text in the margin has different dates. Can anyone help translate the document please. I am so excited as this could open the door to the next generation... I love genealogy, it's so interesting...

Thanks :)

Wow..thanks so much..this has answered one question, this Angelo is actually the brother of my great grandfather.. Who I knew married Emma Cecchinato, so was confused at the mention of a different wife, I found another record last night that lists Angelo Geatano Paccagnella to the same parents...I thought and you have confirmed.
I'm not at PC so can't share the pic...seems like there are many ancestors to find in Albegnasego.
I'll load documents later.
Grazie e buona giormata!

Thank you all so much. Genders and names now added to my tree. Lesson learned about the importance of checking and re-checking. My feeling that although the parents, names, DOB (within yr or 2) seemed to fit, the wives were very different. Thankfully my mum was 100% sure her grandmother was Emma, but good to find a brother. She is delighted, particularly now she know her great grandparent too..

Grazie :)
