Civil Birth Record Translation

Postby rp76226 » 12 Apr 2016, 04:59

The following record was previously translated as the birth of Giovanna Puma, female. However, other later records make me think that this really was Giovanni Puma, male. Which is it?

I'm reading that a young boy (fanciullo) was presented. In the baptism details it looks more like Giovanni than Giovanna to me. It's not the clearest though.
