Clueless on occupation!

Postby nrepole » 18 Apr 2016, 07:36

Hi everyone
I cannot make out my relative's occupation (and where this occupation was conducted) in the 1910 US census (Bronx, New York):

Please see:

I think that the occupation was carried out in a 'steamer' but, as for the occupation, I am clueless.
P.S. His more common work was as a waiter or cook in restaurants.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Nick
