Riveli 1748 : help with deciphering introductory paragraph

Post by VotM »

Once again, I am looking for help in translating a paragraph from the Riveli; this time for Gioiosa Guardia 1748.

Below is an image showing the paragraph of interest. What I think I can see is given below; words in red are guesswork:
Revelo che fa Filippo Molica Nardo figlio di Giuseppe e della qdm[?] Conta.[?] [abbreviation for Contrada? or is this Anto., an abbreviation for Antonino?] di qtta[?] Fra [older name for Francari?] di Gioiosa gdia {abbreviation for Guardia?] m [m with a dot over it?] uigor[?] di Bando[?} di S. E.[?] e Illma[?] Desne[? abbreviated word] regno promulgato sotto[?] si 23 aprile 23 1747
I'm interested in both the Italian text and in the English translation. It would be especially useful to know if my tentative interpretation of Conta. Fra (today's Contrada Francari) is correct, and/or if "Conta." actually reads "Anto." Thanks!

P.S. The "250" above the entry is the original page number as reported in the index. (The index lists this entry under the name "Filippe Molica".)

From https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deputazio ... di_Sicilia :

Dal censimento del 1651 ebbe anche il compito di accertare la capacità fiscale desumibile dai censimenti, detti "riveli", in precedenza rientranti nelle prerogative del Tribunale del Real Patrimonio (prima del 1569 Magna Curia dei Maestri Razionali), una sorta di Ragioneria Generale dello Stato.

Definitely "Tra". In most cases this abbreviation was used. But on one sheet following the same formula, a different writer used the unabbreviated word "Terra".
