1815 Death, Riccia

On the 16th of September 1814, in Riccia, Province of Molise, appeared Nicolangelo Sedati, uncle of the deceased ?, 43, priest in Riccia, and Francesco Mastrianne, 22, profession ?, living in Riccia.

The declared on the 16th of September 1815, at 9:00 p.m. the death of Nicola Garzetta, son of deceased Saverio and Saveria Sedati. Nicola Garzetta was the husband of Marianna Fanelli.

Appreciate corrections/additions.

in qualche regione si usa "zio cugino" o "zia cugina" per il cugino o la cugina del padre o della madre.

Thanks for you help. I found the birth record for Saverio; he was born on the 5th of December 1810. Next, I will research the birth record for Anna.

Erudita,

So, Nicolangelo Sedati is the cousin of Nicola Garzetta. Am I right? The way the relationship was recorded makes no sense to me.

Seems to be a cousin of the deceased's mother so he would be his cousin too but I don't know to what degree. l will try to research this further.
