Can someone tell me if I am correct in thinking that Antonio Papa's parents were both deceased at the time of his marriage and that Giovanna's parents were both still living?
Also, what is the date of this event? Is that April 29th,1835?
Thanks again for all of the help you've been to me.
Steve

Only Antonino's father was deceased. His mother was still alive, as were the parents of Giovanna. Date April 29, 1835. Banns of marriage were on the 12th, 19th, and 26th and resulted in no impediments.

Thanks again Erudita! I guess looking again at this that the viv. describes Antonio's mother as still living?

Yes, Steve, it's an abbreviation for the Latin word viventis (living)
