This document suffers from the same legibility problems as the Marchetti marriage doc.
I can't read most of it. A clean hi-res copy should be easy to translate.
Here are the items I can pick out:
Date: 11-January-1839 (I think)
It's the marriage of Alfonso Montanelli and -- Gluselli (?)
wife's name looks like Lelinda in the margin and Agnora in the record

Alfonso Montanelli, possidente (landowner)
born and resident in Marginoro (?)
son of ??
and the late Maria ??

Agnora Gluselli
born and resident in ??
daughter of Luigi [Gluselli]
and ?? Zora

FYI, the notes in the margin look like details about publication of the 3 banns.

Alfonso Montanelli, possidente (landowner)
born and resident in Marginone, hamlet of Altopascio
son of Costantino, shop-owner
and the late Maria ??

Zelinda Ghiselli
born and resident in San Concordio
daughter of Luigi [Gluselli]
and Zara (?) Eufemia (Eufemia should be her first name)

Thank you Ken for looking at this again for us we appreciate it. If I understand you correctly, you are saying that Eufemia should be the brides mother's first name, then ZARA would be her mother's maiden name?

Mark, mmongo deserves most of the credit, he did the hard work.
That's how I understand his notes:
bride's mother's maiden/family name (cognome): Zara
bride's mother's first/given name: Eufemia
