Trying to make out the mort of Antonio, I see it says e'compars of Domenico Prestianni
Avanti Giovanni Faillla another name Failla and Rosario Guarcello. If someone can make this out for me that would be great!

And... here is the information from the birth record you posted...

The first Failla (Gambaro Giovanni) is the official
The father is Domenico Prestianni, age 32, a shepherd
Mother is Anna Cicero, his wife, residing with her husband.
Child was born on 27 May 1897 at 5 AM at the house at Via Fiera, and given the name ANTONIO
The last two names are the witnesses to the recording of the birth act and usually have no connection to the family...
Francesco Failla, 80, farmer; and Rosario Guarcello, 34, carter/hauler
