Dated March 5, 1831 at 6 P.M. in Catanzaro
Appearing was Saverio Rotundo, age 34, a peasant living in the town. He reported that on the 5th of March at 8, in their own house, his wife Anna Bognato, age 31, who was living with her husband, gave birth to their daughter, Mariantonia Rotundo. Witnesses to the declaration of the birth, and presentation of the infant, were Antonio Mancaruso, age 42, a peasant, and Giovanni Orineti, age 45, also a peasant, both town residents. The document was signed only by the town official, as the declarant (Saverio) and the witnesses did not know how to write.

Baptism took place in the Parish of All Saints on March the 5th.
