Welcome to the forum!

Your second link is to the birth record of Raffaele Travierso and I have translated it here for you. I'm not sure whether you realise it or not but your records are on line here: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1 ... cc=1483052

You have earlier records available here: http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.i ... i+Potenza/

You can just post the link to the respective record you require to be translated. It is much easier all round that way, for you and for us:-) Just head up each posting with the name and type of record e.g. Birth Record: Raffaele Travierso. I have found the link to the birth record which I have posted below.

Birth No 143: Raffaele Travierso
(Side note: 29 August 1829 marries with Domenica Silvestre)

Barile, Potenza: 25 September 1866, 1 pm
Pietro Travierso, son of Francesco, 26 yo, contadino (peasant farmer), living Barile, presented a baby of the male gender, born the day 24 month and year like above (ie 24 September 1866), at the hour 20 (8 pm), from his wife Maria Luigia Basso, daughter of deceased Raffaele, 16 yo, contadina, living with her husband, at their home, in this town, Vicco primo Fornaci/Fornace, number 1, who was given the name Raffaele.

Witnesses to the presentation and declaration:
Signori Vincenzo Babsia, son of the late Andrea, 50 yo, contadino, Giovan Michele Brenna, son of deceased Giuseppe, 31 yo, calzolaio (cobbler, shoemaker), both living Barile.

Dated 18 February 1866 at the town office in Barile at 9 PM
Before the official appeared Signori Felice Fanella [son of deceased Fulgenzio], age 63; and Nicola Paradiso [son of Nichele], 65, both middleclass citizens, to be witnesses.

AND

To declare their intention to marry according to the law...
They presented the publication of banns for this marriage.
He asked if they each take the other as husband and wife and prononouced them wed.
The groom signed with the witnesses and the official. The bride did not sign because she was illiterate.

The publication document (for which your link did not work) is here

Publication of Banns (dated 4 February 1866) holds same information as in marriage with the exception that
1 - the parents (Francesco Caselle and Anna Maria Soda) and Marianna Calandriello, were present to give their consent to the marriage
2 - the spouses presented their birth acts
3 - they presented the death acts of the bride's father and the groom's grandfather
