Could someone please help me in translating this baptism record for my great uncle please. I am especially interested in dates and who the godparents would be...... thank you in advance.

The notation indicates that the marriage of Angelo Lupo and Rosalia Rappa took place in NY. Here's the info from the NYC groom's and bride's indices

Lupo Angelo Nov 23 1930 Certificate # 28309 Manhattan
Rappa Rosalia Nov 23 1930 28309 Manhattan
