Death Record help: Giovanna Algozina

Postby donnalynn829 » 13 Aug 2016, 23:43

Hello.

I need help with the translation of the death record for my 3x great grandmother, Giovanna Algozino Vasta.
The online record is available here:
http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.i ... ewsIndex=0

Help with names, dates, relationships, ages, occupations and locations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

#54 dated 24 Feb 1873

appearing before town official is Gaetano Grassia, of deceased Filippo, age 55, sulphur miner, and Gaetano Laineri, of deceased Antonino, age 61, grave digger, declare that on 22 February at the hour of 9pm in the house at via Senole? #27 is dead Giovanna Algozino, age 44, born and residing in the town, daughter of deceased parents Giuseppe and Grazia Delfa, trader, wife of Carmelo Vasta, maestro di Piazza?? (i do not know what that translates into)
