I'm no expert, but I'll take a crack at it…

Date event recorded 07 Oct, 1875 at 8:12 am. Before me (Francesco Gallepo ?, Mayor) in the comune of Polla, Domenico Santoro, age 33, farmer, living in Polla, called me at the hour of 12:19 of the 6th day of the current month in the house at Via Torrone (can't quite make out the address number), Filomena Bracco, wife living with her husband, also a farmer, age 30 years and presented me, here, with a female baby named Carmela Santoro.

To the above act were present as witnesses (given name??) Leopoldo, age 57 (can't make out his profession) and Poppili (surname??), age 33, both residents of this comune (town)

I'll let someone else decipher the last sentence before the signatures...

some corrections to Steve's translation

Francesco Galloppo

born in the house on Via Serrone (al numero senza)-without a number

First witness: Leopoldo Albirosa*

Second witness: Alessandro Poppiti

occupation of witnesses- possidente-property owner

In the margin is just the notation of her marriage to Pasquale Mucci on Jan 17, 1895, which you already know about.

*Palazzo Albirosa in Via Parco

Senza - without. Of course! How did I not pick up on that? Thanks Erudita.
