Date looks like 30 April 1879 (blurring is hard to read)
Deceased looks like Clementina Rizzo, age 42, farmer residing in Spezzano Grande, born in the town to Gennaro, farmer residing there; and to Vittoria Sacca(?). Parents appear to be deceased.
She was the widow of Salvatore Paxxxxsa(?)

She died yesterday, so on the 29th. Mother's surname Lecce. Deceased husband was Salvatore Pantusa.

Erudita, thanks for taking a look. Like the others, this was very blurry.

Hi T,
I'm finding the way Tom is posting these records is making them very difficult to work with and decipher. The surname Lecce was in another of his records. I believe Livio managed to decipher that one, which is why I knew it. Good job in deciphering her first name. Not sure I would have gotten that one.
