Name of child and parents

Name of child and parents

I can't figure out the name of the child and parents. Looks like two last names. Please help. Here's the link:

Serafino Carna (sp?) was a projetto (proietto)-abandoned infant who had been abandoned at the wheel (alla ruota). He was of padre ignoto (unknown father)

Hi Erudita, just swinging by here. I'm reading Serafino Perna, which is quite interesting considering he was an abondoned child. (Interesting because Perna seems to be a name that appeared in the town at that time?)

You're right. It does start with the letter P. I originally thought that, and then looked at the index and thought it was under the letter C. Boy, am I overdue for my eye exam! Thanks for catching my mistake.
