On Feb 19, 1872, Maria Scialabba, daughter of deceased Gioachino, 56 years old, midwife, declared the birth of a female baby.
She was born on day 18 at 10am, and was given name Antonia Prestianni. She was the daughter of Santi Prestianni, son of deceased Giovanni, 65 yo, peasant, and of Lucia Minutillo, daughter of deceased Rosario, 45 yo, his wife.
She was twin of the male baby of the preceding record, named Rosario.

Twin? Was he living or did he pass?
I've noticed that it never state Lucia's mother's name. Is that normal?

There's no mention of death. You should look in the death records for 1872 and following to see if he died as a child.
Mother's mother is not usually mentioned, even though it sometimes can.
