Hi, Rob-ander.

1.let him know
"Fagli sapere"

2.let john know?
If the question mark is a typo, translation is
"Fai sapere a John..." or "Informa John"
If you meant "(Have you) let John know (it/about something)?"
"(Lo) hai fatto sapere a John" or "Hai informato John di...?"

3. tell john to be ready tomorrow
"Dì a John di stare pronto domani" or "Dì a John di prepararsi per domani"

4. tell john to finish soon
"Dì a John di finire in fretta"

5. you have not eaten there?
"Non hai mangiato là?"

Hope this helps.
Ciao,
Maurizio
