What exactly is this a certificate of?

I know that nullatenente means no property or without property, is nullatenenza a form of this word?

Thanks.

'nullatenenza' = lack of property.

Thanks Elba. I'm trying to figure out what exactly a Certificato di Nullatenenza is and/or what it's for. It was a document on my LDS film marriage items.

Any idea what it's for? Anybody?
