translation needed

My italian is rusty. Can anyone help translate this from a Pubblicazioni di Matrimonio.

"l'anno milleocentottante nove addi ventifei di Maggio a ore anti meridiane otto (atto ?) e minuti vente, nella casa comunale avant di me (name)..."
I think it says 1890 for year of marriage.

In the year 1889 today may 26th at hour a.m. 8 and minuts 20, in the town hall in front of me...

The year is
mille = one thousand
ocento (ottocento) = 8 hundreds
ottante (ottanta) = eighty
nove = nine
1889
