Can anybody tell me what the word "pultroppo" mean

I am trying to read a letter from my cousin in Castelvetrano. She uses the word Pultroppo and I can't seem to find an english translation. It may be a Sicilian word?? Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hi,

the right spelling is purtroppo and it means Unfortunately...
