CHRISTOFORO SQUARCIA

Postby trevisan2 » 16 May 2012, 13:12

I met a lady from Eaton Town, NJ while flying to Italy a few weeks ago.
Barbara is her name, and she does not own a computer or does she use email.

She wants to know more about her Italian ancestry and wants to find out where her grandfather on her mother's side of the family comes from in Italy.

Christoforo Squarcia
Born. July 6, 1884
Died Nov 15, 1951, Lambertville, NJ

His wife ( her nonna)
Barbara Golini

Born March 10, 1884
Died Jan 7, 1887 in Lambertville, NJ

Nonna came from Italy with daughter Fovia.

Any information would be appreciated for Barbara.

One of my grandfathers was also a Squarcia, and also from Acquapendente. He came to America about 1900 and first settled in the New York City area, then moved to Jacksonville FL and finally to Miami FL where he opened a grocery store and had a rooming house among other enterprises.

I wonder if we are related?
