You can write to the State Archives in Caserta but it would be much easier to order the microfilm through the LDS library. Pretty well all civil and church records for Cassino were destroyed in the bombing of WW2. The records filmed by the LDS were civil birth, marriage and death records along with miscellaneous records.

You could try ordering FHL INTL Film 1882372 Item 4 Cervaro births 1862-1944 but don't hold your breath unless your Grandmother was actually living in Cervaro after WW2.
The church there has no records prior to 1900. The town office has reconstructed records and anything that may have survived the bombing during the war.
Your GGrandmother's records should be on film for 1856 and her parents etc. back to 1816.
I have been there and there is very little of the old town left or the old church.
If your Grandmother's record is not on film for 1890 then write to the town and see if they have it. Not all copies were sent to the State archives!

The State archives for those years would be in Frosinone. If the boys were living in Cervaro after the war they should have re registered with the Tribunal, but if you don't know the names I doubt the archives will search. They would have to search every record looking for the right set of parents. Have you searched the microfilms? The LDS have everything that the State Archives have.
