I'm happy to see the National Archives and Records Administration listed among Uncle Sam's Best Sites. At a recent meeting of the genealogy club in my village, not one person there had ever heard of the NARA before. I've been doing genealogy research since 1994, and Italian research since 1997, and there were club members there who've been doing genealogy research a lot longer than me. I didn't expect the newbies at the meeting to be familiar with the NARA, but I certainly thought the seasoned researchers would know about it. Boy, was I ever wrong, but at least they know about it now. Anyway, thanks for bringing the above link to the attention of all of us on this forum.
