I found my relatives birth records on microfilm at the Family History Library a few months ago.
I found it very time consuming. The question I have - what is the most efficient way to examine birth and marriage records that are microfilmed?
For example, is there a way to find the location on the microfilm of a researched relative that is shown in the index without going thorough the entire reel?
I also examine the entire reel even if the relative is not in indexed - the reason: human error of omission of names.
Any step-by-step input would be appreciated.
