Lo Casto is found in 50 cities,towns and villages stretching from Sicily to the northern confini's. The surname appears to have started out in Sicily and migrated north judging from the distribution of the surname. By the way, your name sounds greek and is not listed as among the prominent first names(?) and I am naturally curious as to your geographical orientation. Peter
