Hello everyone,
I just found a couple of web sites about how to make a good cup of Italian espresso coffee, especially in the morning or after lunch.
Enjoy it

You know what I cannot find: espresso that is so thick, it is like mud! When I visited my grandmother's ancestral village near Benevento, I had the best "muddy" expresso. It was so rich. Everything I have had since then in the U.S. is just strong coffee in a little cup!

Very much depends not only only actual coffee, but also on the pot the coffee is made in...

There is the usual 'Mokka' which is like this:
Mokka

Then there is the 'Neapolitan coffee pot' - like this:
Neapolitan

Then again, there is the home Espresso Machine - like this:
Espresso

And finally of course the Turkish style coffee:

All make excellent, but very different coffee.
If you think education is expensive - try ignorance!
