Virginia Tech Shootings

Postby VaDeb » 17 Apr 2007, 20:21

Dear friends:

If you have time, please review some of my recent posts. I know I had promised to link some census records. If I left any posts unanswered in the middle of a search, please finish for me, if you haven't already. This is a great site, all pitch in and help out.

I have 2 kids at Virginia Tech. While we are blessed that they are alright, they are grieving over the loss of friends. As you can well imagine, I can't concentrate on genealogy at the moment. I will return.

Please help finish any posters that I may have left hanging, waiting for information that I said I would provide.

Thanks Again,
Debbie

Debbie,

Please accept my condolences for your children's friends. Both my girls graduated college at state schools in Pennsylvania and I worked at one nearby. I feel for all the staff, faculty and students. Both my girls are persuing their masters in the fall and I pray that they will never face what your children are coping with.

You are in my prayers.

Debbie..I'm so glad you're children are okay and feel so bad for the other children. I guess April 16 was a horrible day all around. My prayers are also with you and all the families involved.
