Need Help With Posting a Scan

Postby ronb116 » 16 May 2007, 02:12

Hey All,

I'm trying to post a scan of a document but I keep getting a message that says "No Post Mode Specified". Does anybody know what that means?

Thanks

Where are you trying to post it? I find the easiest way to post a picture is to use Image Shack or Photobucket. I upload my photos or documents there and copy and paste the code they give me to a forum.

Hey Cathy,

actualy I'm trying to post a scan of a death certificate to get help with the translation. When trying to post I put the subject in subject line, put a message in the message body, then I click browse for the document that is on my computer, when I try to attach the document to the message I get the "No Post Mode Specified".

You need to post the image someplace else ... photobucket or imageshack above do very well and are easy to use ...

Then, you post the code they give you into your message here. The forums here do not have uploading enabled.

Good Luck,

Ron..

If you can understand it, I wrote this tutorial out a few months ago to help you with uploading records to this forum.
