Free :D New York Times Archives Searches
Effective Sep 19th

the present without charge, as well as those from 1851 to 1922,
which are in the public domain. There will be charges for some
material from the period 1923 to 1986, and some will be free.â€

All the News That's Fit to Print :D
I think they have 15 other papers including
the Boston Globe?
It'd be great if they did the same thing w/them.

I also saw this. Thanks for posting it. Its very helpful.

The other night while I was at my children's school, I found out that our school board gives children and their parents access to many sites (including newspapers and other genealogy related sites) using the child's unique id code. You may want to check with your children's school if this option is available to you as well (assuming you have children in school of course.)
