Voting question

If you vote for the Italian goverment, would you loose your US citizenship?

I would imagine that if you have dual citizenship then you would be entitled to vote in the country where you are a registered resident at the time of an election.

If you have single nationality/citizenship and are absent from your home country at the time of an election you would be - upon registration at a consulate - entitled to a postal vote.

I am sure that there is a lot more to the question though, as I am equally certain that there will be someone on this board who will be able to give you more detailed guidance. If not - then I would advise you to ask at the nearest consulate for the country you are talking about.
