Sant'Elpidio A Mare

Does anyone know where I would be able to write to in Sant'Elpidio A Mare or email to see if they can help me with some information about my relatives from that area.

I have tried searching the internet but have had no luck. i do know that many of my Fedeli relatives were born there.

Thanks!
Mark
