Re: Record Translation
The second image doesn't go with the record. The record is dated Oct 1st, 1867 at 6 P.M. in Belmonte appearing before the town official was Giuseppe Bottino, age 36, the son of Stefano. He presented a baby of masculine sex who was born today, at 8 a.m., to his wife, Rosaria Lepanto, age 27, the daug...

Re: looking for santarlasci or fazzi from lucca
One of the problems with Lucca is to determine which one we are talking about- # LUCCA, province: Lucca - region: Tuscany If this is the correct Lucca, there are the following microfilmed records available for rental from a local family history center: Registri dello stato civile (Lucca), 1866-1935 ...

you need to try to upload the image to this forum by using a program such as imageshack.com or photobucket.com
others on this forum who have used those programs can help you with directions, if you have a problem uploading your record

I already checked several lists of frazioni in that area and nothing close comes up in the search.

Re: Location of comune?
When I saw Monte Bianco I immediately thought of Mont Blanc, in the north of Italy. I can't find anything with that name and a Naples connection.

If you count up four lines in the second document, it says-
abbiamo ricevuto dal sindaco di San Prisco (sco is on the next line) and followed by that it says, atto di matrimonio...
we have received from the mayor of San Prisco act of matrimony...

Re: Perrotta, D'Angelo marriage
In any case, it does appear that the marriage took place in San Prisco.

Re: Perrotta, D'Angelo marriage
The last two lines of the second document have the date of May 30th and number 16 for the act as well. The June 10th date at the top is the date the record was created in SMCV from the info communicated from the other town. Normally that type of document should be in Part II of the records for that ...

Re: Perrotta, D'Angelo marriage
The second document is the record produced in SMCV after the marriage info was communicated to that town from the other town. The date of the notation-May 30th-record No 16-is the correct date of the marriage in San Prisco

The month is definitely June and I do agree that the year is 1931. I don't know about the day though.

Maybe someone else on the forum will have better luck deciphering the date. It's just not registering for me at the moment.

Re: Francesco Acquisto
Towns in Italy, as a rule, do not charge for record copies, although some are starting to do so. Always best to request the records and possibly send a self-addressed (but not stamped) envelope with your mailed request. If the town requires money, it will let you know. If you sent the letter to the ...

I can see that she married Luca Diglio. The date has me puzzled though.
It says con atto (then the date) then the word sposo (I think)
