If you go to www.familysearch.org under ancestor search put in Cirino and you will noticve that the Cirinoi surname extends back to the 1700's in Sicily and Brazil in a few listings. Rather than go on further perhaps youmight wish to dfigest this information and thenget back to discuss its posible ...
