Americanized name?

I was recently looking at the 1930 Census, and found my paternal great-grandfather, Santo, arrived in the U.S. in 1902 from Italy. His wife, Jennifer, arrived in 1906 from Italy, making her name clearly Americanized. Anyone know of the Italian form of Jennifer?
