Help with translation of marriage record
Would someone please verify the names of the bride and grooms parents in this marriage record for Giovanni Vetrano and Anna Spata. Think the marriage date is February 20, 1803 but not positive. Really appreciate it. Thanks so much, Mary https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-6S2S-C9Z?i=71&...

Re: Help with death record, Nicolo Mancuso
Erudita,
Please see his marriage record. This is why I am confused with the parents' names.

Tessa, I actually didn't even have the birth record on Vincenza Nicosia. Is the birth date May 4?
Thanks,

Re: Please translate this marriage record
Tessa, Wow this is crazy. I did not know about a child named Rosaria. So you think that Nicosia was added because of a clerk's error? Vincenza Nicosia was my husband's great grandmother. I am not sure how I found the marriage record on Nicolo and Giovanna. I do have a different Giovanna Ingrado. The...

Re: Please translate this marriage record
Wow Tessa! No, I do not have his birth record. I didn't even realize he was abandoned. He was my husband's great great grandfather. We have him and his great grandmother listed with the surname Nicosia. I wonder how he got that name. In your opinion, do you think he was adopted and raised by a coupl...

Help with name on marriage record for Francesca Vetrano
Hello,
Would someone please translate this record. It doesn't seem to have to last name of the groom listed on here unless I am just missing it. Thanks so much.
