Re: Searching Brancaccio Family, Boscotrecase, Naples

Por research on the year 1687 you can search a marriage act in the parish registers of Boscotrecase. A further research possibility, knowing the year and contract, could be the search for the matrimonial trial in the Diocesan Archives of Naples.

Re: Catasto provvisorio

In the Provisional Cadastre, Partitarians group all properties in the same owner's name. When a property was subject to a transfer of ownership (of whatever type) the property was added to that of the person acquiring said property; if already in the Partitary it was added to the list. If the new ow...

Re: Catasto provvisorio

Hello The Provisional Cadastre, as has been correctly said, was established beginning in 1809 and in several regions of the Kingdom of Naples was in operation until the early decades of the 20th century. I have conducted various studies on the Provisional Cadastre, which was the subject of my disser...

Re: Catasti Onciari for ITRI

The publication on the Catasto Onciario di Itri, as the title suggests, contains excerpts from the Catasto Onciario di Itri; it is not a full publication of that document. It may be important to get a general idea about Itri in 1754 and the major and most widespread families. To delve into specific ...

I do not know whether the Stato delle Anime (State of Souls) is published in it in its entirety.
In the volumes kept at the State Archives in Naples it should be there.

Re: Stato delle anime (Census records)

I think they are not digitized. But I think the best thing is to ask directly.

Re: Help Needed - De Luca and Casertano surnames

Do you know any birth or marriage dates? Your information is very general. Did Luigi and Serafina get married in Italy? Do you know the date or a period; do you know their birth dates or periods? Parents' names? These surnames are and were common in San Prisco and Santa Maria Capua Vetere. I was bor...

Re: Catasto Onciario

Monticelli was casale of Roccaguglielma in the district of Gaeta and province of Terra di Lavoro, belonging to the kingdom of Naples. There are three alternatives: either an Onciario cadastre was not formed for Monticelli, the second is that all the volumes of San Pietro in Curolis (not just the fin...

Re: Catasto Onciario

The volume of the Onciary Cadastre of Monticelli, according to this list should have been formed together with San Pietro in Curolis. I have no direct knowledge of this. The volumes are kept at the State Archives in Naples. I would recheck both San Pietro in Curolis and Roccaguglielma.
