Just a question for this forum
Once citizenship is awarded by court decision, can it be passed automatically to the minor kids in the consulate?, or they would need also to be in the trial from the beginning.

I was reading that after the decision is received that the government has the right to appeal for a period of time, is this right? or the appeal happens after the final hearing?
