I have 6 small lines from an old picture that is written in Italian
 would like it translated. Looks like 13 words but could be less.

In correct italian is: Vi mando un ricordo questo Ã¨ mio figlio defunto tienilo come un caro ricordo per sempre.
Tranlsation:I'm sending you an heirloom, this is my death son, keep this as a dear heirloom forever.
