Information from Italy, specifically Avellino

I have the mailing address of the archives for the province of Avellino. My family is the Rosa family, and we are from Mercogliano. I want to know is there an easier way to request information from Italy. I am at the point in my research where any new info will have to come from Italy. Is there a email address that I can use? Every time I want to request info it takes at least 5 months for a letter to come back to me. I write overseas (in Italian) and it takes so long for any info to come back to me.
