Dear Laura Francisco Laucello did not die in Ohio. He died in Utica, new York May 4, 1926. His proposed wife was told to me as Giuseppina (or Josephine). She disasppeared. He said she died on July 31, 917 in Ohio and then he came to Utica, new York. Francisco's son, Joseph always said his mother's name was Josephine (Roselli) i cannot located a deasth certificate in Ohio nor a marriage of the two. HE WAS SUPPOSEDLY CAME TO AMERICA 1905, jOSEPH WAS BORN my 24, 1908 and Michael was born in 1910.

I am trying to locate a birth certificate. The name must be spelled wrong. Joseph had to get some kind of a birth certificate to receive Social Security benefits. ?? thank you

Hello Laura I checked the 1920 census Utica, new Yro. It is the Laucello family when they came from Ohio in 1917 as a widower ?? Joseph and Michael were 9 and 7 respectively. I remember my brother saying they were put into an orphanage/home as the father had to work. I located the St Vincent Industrial School on Rutger Street, Utica, New York. so I do recognize that info.

Yes, I understood this... this is the reason I posted for you the military enlistment for the Francesco Saverio Lancello living in Utica on 1917 I found yesterday... I can't say for sure he is "your" Frank but the record worth a look...

This is the 1920 census only for Frank's sons... they were living in this school/orphanage, of course their father is not present in this census... I wasn't able to find him in the 1920 census....

please note that on the manifest they are the only family listed in that sheet for Hayes Street, the other families listed are living on Albany Street and Tilden? Avenue... Do you recognize the children's names of your family?

You may try to ask for Frank and Josephine's marriage certificate to the Columbiana county Ohio... you have their names and marriage date (18 june 1911)

Still checking to see if I cand find Josephine Lauciello's death record...
