To start off with you may wish to check out the www.ellisisland.org website for his arrival in the USA as an immigrant if it was prior to 1921 and after 1892 in NYC. You don\'t say whether you know if he was boirn in tghe city of Palermo or in the province of Palermo in one of the many small towns where brith records are maintained. If you have a idea of what you want to know then please let me know so I can guide you to find the information. Peter
