Husbands family "LaRocca" from Palermo Sicily

A 1930 NY Census card reveals "Josephine LaRocca" as sister in law to head of household, age 35, born in Italy with the following nieces Pauline, age 13; Theresa, age 11 and nephew Frank J, age 1, all born in New York. It is the father of these siblings that I am interested in. Some say his name was Philip.

Frank (or Francis J. LaRocca) is my husband's Father, born in NY. (He married Elizabeth Laura Higgins LaRocca in 1950, deceased 1997 in Hudson Florida.)

It is said that he was from Palermo and came to the states, but returned to Italy and was buried there. However, I cannot find him or his parents.
