help needed with 1814 atto di nascita

I need some help with the handwritten part of a birth record from Caccuri in 1814. I found it on microfilm at the Famly History Center.

My great-great-great grandfather is presenting the child. But the woman listed is not his wife. I am trying to understand who this woman is, but I can't translate a handwritten paragraph in the document. I will try to write it out, though it is difficult to read:

"...comparso Gennaro Manfreda d'anni quarantosei di professione contradino domiciliato in Caccuri ed ha dichiaraso, che questa mattina a ore dieci, uncendo della sua Casa vita in questa comune vtrada postr piccola ha ritrovalo avanti ba porta ba fanciullo vale come ci vi presenta involto in una farcia de lino urata, a. cappote ucsshia in festa, senza aluca sopro cifor, o lettem alcuna dopo d'avendo visitato abbiamo riconosciuto ch'em d sesso feminile senza sopra alcuno sul cappo, al all atr' apprante d' un giorno abbiamo qui ad ordinato, che porre consapnath o Teresia Gigliotti per nudire dura fanciulla. "

".. here are Gennaro Manfreda, age 46, profession farmer, resident in Caccuri, and declared that this days , hour 10.00 A.M., exiting from house here in this Common, street .. (postr?)little, have found in house's gate an infant wrapped in linen cloth ...(urata? dorata/fiorata/usurata..?probable usurata= consumed) in an old (probable: ucsshia=vecchia=old) coat of feast (good quality), without nobody sigle or letter, and after visited it we have know that was an female infant without garment of around some days old (age infant), and we order the name Teresa Gigliotti for ..(nudire??perhaps: accudire/ nominare/custodire..? probable accudire= to attend) this female infant pure..
