All what you wrote is correct.
In addition:
Act # 3 dated 30th January 1896 but the baby was born on the 29th in a house located in Via Valchiosa. The father was 39 years old and Catterina's father was Giuseppe. Parents were both peasant/farmers. Witnesses were Rizzi Martino and Patroni Antonio. The side note says she died on 18th February 1976. I cannot read the place very well but I'll try later.
